"Pretty good parts for the price"
I ordered a couple parts from Armor Ally and they all showed up in good shape. the fit and finish was better than I was expecting for what I paid. Havent had any issues with them so far, and I’d defintely order from them again

"Wrong order and a lot of little mismatches"
My order showed up wrong, and it wasn’t just one tiny thing I could overlook. I had picked specific parts, down to the exact versions I needed, and what arrived didn’t line up with the order details. I kept going back and forth between the packing slip, the product labels, and my confirmation email because the little differences were bothering me.

It ended up taking way more time than it should’ve to sort through everything and figure out exactly what was off. Maybe that sounds picky, but when you order certain parts, those small details matter. it was frustrating because getting the order right feels like the most basic part of the whole process.

"Everything I Needed Was Out of Stock"
The site itself looked fine and was easy enough to browse, but of course most of the parts I was actually looking for were out of stock again. Feels like anytime I need something, it’s never available.

"Box Looked Like It Had a Rough Day"
The box showed up dented, which was a lovely little surprise, but somehow everything inside was totally fine. So, I guess the packaging did its job... just not in a very confident-looking way...

"Shipping was quick overall"
I ordered from armorally.com the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up in good shape. I was going to say it was perfect, well, it did sit for about a day before it actually started moving, so I’m giving it 4 stars. Not a huge deal though. I’d order from them again.

"Pricier than I expected"
I was expecting a bit more for the price, but it just didn’t feel like the value was there. It wasn’t terrible, but for what I paid, I thought I’d be getting something better

"Helpful support, faster than I expected"
I had a question about my order and emailed Arm or Ally, half expecting to get some vague runaround. But they replied the same day and actually cleared things up without turning it into a whole ordeal. The shipping update looked a little weird at first, which made me suspicious something was off, but customer service handled it fine. Not a perfect experience, but overall it went smoothly and I’d order from them again.

"These guys do not want your business. Avoid them like the plague"

I ordered brass from them 4 or 5 times  (223 and 9mm) and almost every time the packaging was broken open.
Then when I contacted  them, even though I had paid for their questionable "insurance", they gave me a hard time, and made me jump through unnecessary hoops to get them to send me the brass, that came out of the hole in the box!

Recently when I  tried to order, I spent an hour trying to get the cart to accept my card.
I finally figured out that the ass-hat that runs this company had my account disabled because I had dared to complain about the miserable service I had received several times. INSTEAD OF ADDRESSING THEIR SHIPPING PROBLEM!


** There are too many very good companies, that hard work to get your business. Arm or Ally does the exact opposite in my experience.
If you decide to do business with this company do not dare to complain when you receive  shitty service.

IT IS ALSO VERY INSTRUCTIVE THAT I COULD NOT DO A REVIEW ON ANY OF MY ORDERS.
THEY SEEM TO BE COVERING UP BAD SERVICE BY DENYING YOUR ABILITY TO DO A REVIEW OF YOUR TRANSACTION.
